Returns & Exchanges
At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method and download the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the confirmation screen.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
